    Biofeedback training

    Biofeedback training often starts with a psychophysiological stress profile. This shows what happens in the body in response to stress and provides insight into the ability to relax and to regenerate after stress. In case of stress related problems the cause of the problems is made clearer and the treatment can be tailored better to the specific situation. The evaluation of the stress profile provides indication view of the physiological parameters that are out of balance and can be addressed for training. There are many ways to conduct a stress profile by offering different cognitive, emotional or maybe even looking at physical stressors. Use, build in stroop test, math test or individual stressors through pictures, videos, audio or verbal instructions.
