"I have found the NeXus-10 to be a wonderful tool that allows amazing freedom to make changes and adapt treatment approaches within the recording/training process. I enjoy working with the NeXus-10 and often get complements from patients about the graphics and the versatile amount of data that can be presented quickly during treatment session. Keep up the great work!"

"Tony was exceptional! I returned to work and hit the ground running with biofeedback and our new Nexus 10 equipment, feeling quite comfortable, and am already clocking hours for BCIA certification."

"The course was great, Tony Hughes is the best teacher ever. His new labs are great and his HRV lectures are excellent . I like the Nexus a lot, it is way ahead of older systems and also so much easier to use. The screen garphics are also nicely done. I would like to see more animations."

"Stens Corporation has provided me with excellent technical advice as well as educational opportunities while developing my biofeedback practice. I encourage any one wanting to pursue this fascinating field to turn to Stens to get started and stay current in biofeedback/Neurofeedback.”
Patti Jenkins, MA, LP, BCIA-EEG

"I had about five different neurofeedback systems plus 5 stand-alone single modality biofeedback devices prior to purchasing the NeXus-10.  At the time, I was looking for a multi-modal system - there was the J&J, NeXus-10, and Thought Technology.  In comparing systems, I found the following:

As a clinician I have the following thoughts-the NeXus already (or will shortly) perform any common protocol in the field of biofeedback or neurofeedback (providing it is not too esoteric).  Other systems are now adding various modalities to their repertoire-Stens has more experience.  A multi-modal device such as the Nexus-10 is the clear ticket."

The NeXus-10 is a joy to use due to its intuitive hardware design and extensive selection of sensors. BioTrace+ displays are among the most beautiful and flexible on the market. The NeXus-10 makes artifacting and generating session reports a dream.

The NeXus offer a practical, entry-level multi-modality system for the biofeedback practitioner, with its user friendly Bio-trace software.  I found it possible to navigate the software even in my initial hour with the system. Yet the NeXus also has features which will appeal to advanced practitioners. The Bluetooth wireless connection is liberating for clinical work, especially in rehabilitation and myofascial pain work.  Sports physiologists will enjoy the freedom to monitor athletes without cumbersome cable connections.  The multi-purpose sensors also provide flexibility for a variety of applications.  Finally, the Bio-trace graphics are both attractive and intuitive for the trainee and clinician alike.

The 5-day Professional Biofeedback course exceeded my every expectation.  This was one of the best trainings I have ever been to -- and I've been through some amazing courses both academically and professionally.  The pacing of the lectures, depth of material, and hands-on workshops were expertly done and I feel ready to hit the ground running....with confidence gained in the course lab.  I can without reservation recommend any course taught by Tony Hughes, or brought by Stens Corporation and it is certainly where I will turn for all of my future advanced training needs.

I just completed Tony’s online HRV course.  I rate it an A+.  The course material was comprehensive and, for me, clinically very useful. Tony’s teaching style is outstanding because he has the ability to explain concepts and applications clearly.  He supports his material with research data and he provides practical hand-outs for those of us who want more detail.  His slides are instructive (and not cluttered!). Tony also keeps a good pace, stops for questions, and answers questions in an organized and practical manner.  I recommend Tony’s course to anyone who is interested in HRV and also to those who have been doing HRV training but need a greater understanding of the principles involved.   Thanks for offering a superb learning experience.
