While not a QEEG or a replacement for a QEEG, the MINI-Q (tm) provides a simple, quick EEG assessment method. Operates with an ElectroCap, BrainMaster's FlexCap, or with manually attached electrodes. Scan 12 EEG channels in 6 minutes, using 1-minute epochs. Can use any epoch length you want, and can break up records for eyes-closed, eyes-open, task condition, etc. BrainMaster's specialized MINI-Q (tm) software simplifies the assessment process from start to finish. It automatically controls, times and pauses all data-taking, prompts you to set the switch position, allows you to preverify all waveforms visually before data-taking, and then organizes all data for display, graphing, Excel export, etc. Reads locations: Fz, Cz; F3, F4; C3, C4; T3, T4; P3, P4; O1, O2.
